What is Snag?+
Snag is a live shopping marketplace that connects buyers and sellers through real-time video. A new way to discover and buy products — interactive, fast-paced, and built around live experiences.
How can I trust products on Snag?+
Every seller goes through a verification process to ensure authenticity and reliability. Snag Buyer Protection has you covered: if something goes wrong, you're refunded.
How do live auctions work?+
During a live show, you place a bid in one tap. A bid placed in the last 5 seconds automatically extends the timer (anti-snipe). Some shows use "Sudden Death" mode: at 00:01, the last bid wins.
What payment methods are accepted?+
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, our secure payments partner. More methods (Apple Pay, Klarna) are coming soon.
How does shipping work?+
Domestic US shipping runs via USPS with weight-based rates. International orders use a flat rate set by the seller. Sellers have 1–5 business days to ship after an order is placed.
What if there's a problem with my order?+
Snag Buyer Protection covers lost, damaged or not-as-described items. Reach out to the seller directly from the chat, or email us at support@snag.live — we resolve within 24 hours.
Sell
How do I become a seller on Snag?+
Apply from the "Sell on Snag" page or via the app in the "Sell" tab. It takes about 5 minutes to apply. We review your shop and you can go live as soon as you're approved.
Can I sell without going live?+
Yes. You can list products at fixed prices in your shop and keep them open all the time. If you still want the live boost without hosting yourself, join our Creator Partner Program — vetted creators present and sell your products during their shows.
What is Snag's commission?+
Snag takes 10% per sale. No subscription, no signup fee, no monthly fee. You pay only when you sell.
When and how do I get paid?+
Payments are processed by Stripe and sent directly to your bank account after every order. Cadence depends on your country's Stripe rules — usually within a few business days.
What can I sell on Snag?+
Trading cards only — Pokémon, Magic, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball, NBA Hoops, NFL Prizm, Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited and more. All editions and conditions: raw or graded (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC), sealed boxes, breaks, slabs, and singles.
Account & support
How do I delete my account?+
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account. All your personal data is permanently deleted. Pending orders must be settled before deletion.
How do I report a problem or a user?+
A "Report" button is available on every live stream, message and user profile. Reports are anonymous and reviewed within 24 hours.
How do I contact support?+
